What Is Your Fee Structure?
We offer hourly rates without a required monthly minimum as well as project rates. We do not require clients to commit to a monthly minimum as the need for our services fluctuates and we are here to serve you, not the other way around.

How Does The Process Work?
I provide an initial consultation where I listen and gather information about your business or dispute, as well as any challenges you are facing. Next, I create a written assessment that becomes your working business plan and addresses all of the necessary components within your organization From this point, I provide a day to day action list taken directly from the assessment that allows you to execute tasks that will get you to your long term goals. The process takes you from identification to implementation.
For individuals seeking mediation services, the same steps are followed during the discovery phase. We will create a plan of action together, and I will strive to settle your dispute with fairness and amicability.
